The event brought together representatives of government agencies, graduates of the CIAT program, and experts in digital technologies.

The opening remarks were delivered by the Deputy Country Director of the KOICA Office in the Kyrgyz Republic. In her speech, she highlighted that the CIAT (Capacity Improvement & Advancement for Tomorrow) Program is one of KOICA’s flagship capacity-building initiatives, aimed at strengthening the competencies of public officials in partner countries and fostering cooperation between the Republic of Korea and the Kyrgyz Republic. She also emphasized the important role of the KOICA Alumni Association in promoting knowledge sharing and professional exchange among its members.

During the seminar, participants explored the practical application of artificial intelligence in public administration, the development of a national AI platform, and legal aspects of AI implementation. Experts exchanged experiences and discussed the future of digital transformation in Kyrgyzstan’s public sector.
