According to the Internal Affairs Department of Issyk-Kul region, the 22-year-old woman said that on July 21, between approximately 11.30 p.m. and 0.30 a.m., a 1995-born resident of Bishkek had sexual intercourse with her against her will in a tent set up on the lakeshore.

Police said the woman has been questioned and a forensic medical examination has been ordered. The man named in the complaint has been identified and taken in for questioning.

Investigative measures are currently underway to establish all circumstances of the incident, collect evidence, and make a procedural decision.
