According to the department, a driver was fined in Bishkek for placing an advertisement on the body of his vehicle without the required authorization.
Patrol officers stopped Sulaimanov’s Mercedes, which was carrying an advertisement for a film. The actor was informed that a special permit was required.
Police drew up a report on the violation and issued him a fine of 5,500 soms. Sulaimanov left an autograph on the report.
