According to police, a report about the incident on Shabdan Baatyr Street, in the new warehouses area, was received at 1:08 a.m.

The complainant, U.N., said that a group of about 15 people had attacked her husband and 15-year-old son. According to her, the attackers were foreign nationals.

Both sides involved in the conflict were taken to the district police department to clarify the circumstances. A forensic medical examination was ordered to determine the nature and severity of the injuries sustained.

A criminal case has been opened under Article 280, «Hooliganism,» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Investigators are establishing the circumstances of the incident and identifying those involved.
