The project is being implemented as part of a strategic partnership between Kyrgyzkomur JSC and the Chinese company Xinjiang Dacheng Yuanlong Technology Co., Ltd. The total investment is $430 million.

The main goal of the project is to ensure the export of coal mined at Tekelik deposit through Irkeshtam border crossing using a modern logistics system, reducing transportation costs, and increasing the competitiveness of the Kyrgyz Republic in foreign markets.

At the same time, a modern logistics center will be built on a 10-hectare site in the village of Nura. It will include two coal preparation plants and a conveyor belt system for coal transportation. Once fully implemented, the project will create over 100 permanent jobs, significantly contributing to the socioeconomic development of the region.
