The 24-hour operation is intended to create more convenient conditions for citizens crossing the border and reduce the burden on the checkpoints, the service noted.

Only citizens of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan can cross these checkpoints. For citizens of third countries, the border crossing procedure remains the same: through international checkpoints.

The 24-hour operation will be in effect until October 1, 2026. The Border Service urges citizens to plan their trips in advance and ensure they have the necessary documents.
