- Компания обязана ежегодно погашать задолженность по бюджетному кредиту из собственных доходов и госсредств.
- Минимальные суммы погашения: 1,8 млрд сомов за 2023 год, по 2 млрд сомов в 2024-2025 годах.
- Минфину поручено учесть изменения при подготовке бюджета на 2026 и 2027-2028 годы.

The amendments are aimed at increasing the financial stability of National Electric Network of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the amended resolution, the energy company is required to annually repay its budget loan debt not only from public funds but also from its own revenues.
no less than 1.8 billion soms for 2023;
no less than 2 billion soms annually in 2024–2025.
The Ministry of Finance has been instructed to take these amendments into account when preparing amendments to the national budget for 2026 and the 2027–2028 planning period.
The resolution will enter into force in ten days after its official publication.
