It is noted that Cabinet Chairman Adylbek Kasymaliyev summarized the results of two reforms as part of the 100-day Government Accelerators program.

One of the issues reviewed was the simplification of procedures for product identification and the issuance of permits during customs clearance. Previously, the review of documents by government agencies took up to 14 working days, and in some cases up to one month. As part of the reform, business processes were optimized, the regulatory framework was updated, and inter-agency integration was ensured through a «single window» system.

Now, participants in foreign economic activity can submit applications electronically through a unified digital interface without the need to contact multiple government agencies.

One of the key innovations was the launch of the digital platform ai.trade.kg, which uses artificial intelligence technologies to analyze product characteristics and provide recommendations when processing certain categories of permit documents.
