The facility covers 3,850 square meters. The business center will include office space, coworking areas, conference rooms, and meeting rooms. A restaurant and café are also planned for later use.

«The opening of the first business center marks the beginning of the territory’s operational life. We are building financial and logistical bridges between the markets of the CIS, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa,» Ayaz Baetov, Chairman of Tamchy SFIT Management Council and Minister of Justice, noted.

Previously, the SFIT Management Council formed a management company, approved the financial center’s development plan, and adopted the first package of regulatory documents. The selection process for the chairperson and judges of the International Dispute Resolution Center is ongoing.

The Tamchy Special Financial and Investment Territory was established in July 2025. Its territory covers approximately 6,000 hectares on the shores of Issyk-Kul Lake. Residents will benefit from the application of English common law, a zero tax rate for 49 years, and the ability to fully repatriate profits.

By 2035, the center plans to register more than 3,900 companies and create over 10,000 jobs.
