According to the company, on May 15, 2026, the EBRD announced an international tender to select a consultant to develop the feasibility study.

The future logistics center is expected to become part of Kyrgyzstan’s modern multimodal transport infrastructure. The project is expected to increase the country’s transit potential, improve the freight transportation system, and create additional conditions for the development of the transport and logistics industry.

Applications from potential consultants are currently being accepted and reviewed in accordance with the procedures of international financial institutions. Based on the results of the competitive selection, a company will be selected to prepare a feasibility study for the construction of a logistics center at Ivanovka station.

Participation in the tender is conducted through the SMART by GEP electronic procurement system used by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Interested organizations have to register in the system.
