One of them, T. Zh., is accused of kidnapping a person, committed by a group of individuals acting in concert. According to investigators, the perpetrators took the victim outside the city and, under threat of violence, forced him to transfer the ownership of a commercial organization to their name.

The second defendant, Kh. A., is accused of large-scale fraud. According to investigators, he abused trust to illegally seize the property of citizens, causing damages amounting to over 90 million soms.

The extradited individuals were transported from Georgia to the Kyrgyz Republic, accompanied by Ministry of Internal Affairs officers, and placed in a pretrial detention facility for further criminal prosecution.
