Kumarbek Baidyldaev has been appointed Deputy Prosecutor General — Military Prosecutor of Kyrgyzstan. The presidential press service reported.

Since August 2024, this position has been held by Zhyrgal Ismailov.

Kumarbek Baidyldaev was born on February 7, 1983. He is an employee of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic and a lieutenant colonel of justice. He graduated from the Law Faculty of the Zhusup Balasagyn National University of Kyrgyzstan.

Since November 2024, he has held the position of Head of the Main Directorate for Supervision of Investigations and Operational-Investigative Activities of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

He has served for many years in the Prosecutor General’s Office, specializing in the fight against corruption, economic crimes, and the supervision of investigations.

He held the post of prosecutor in the Anti-Corruption Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
