He was presented with a detailed overview of key infrastructure and investment projects aimed at modernizing the urban environment. Among them is a multifunctional sports arena covering more than 22,000 square meters with a seating capacity of 5,200.

According to Osh Mayor Zhanarbek Akayev, the venue will host sports and cultural events for young people.

Plans also include the construction of an ethno-historical complex designed for tourists and artisans. The site will feature park areas, historical and cultural zones, and commercial spaces. In addition, authorities plan to begin building hotels and a branch of a school operating under international franchises.

The mayor emphasized that these projects will transform the architectural and aesthetic appearance of Osh and help shape a modern, investment-attractive image of the city.

After reviewing the proposals, President Japarov instructed officials to prioritize construction quality and ensure the effective use of attracted investments.
