According to the campaign’s results, 48,803 people were vaccinated across the country. This result was made possible thanks to the active work of medical professionals, mobile vaccination teams, and a large-scale public information and awareness campaign, the ministry noted.

The EIW was organized from April 20 to 26 under the World Health Organization slogan «Vaccines Work for Every Generation.»

Healthcare workers held meetings with the population, door-to-door visits, individual consultations, distributed informational and educational materials, and identified unvaccinated and partially vaccinated individuals for scheduled and catch-up immunization.

Vaccination remains one of the most effective ways to protect the population from infectious diseases. Timely vaccinations help maintain the health of everyone, prevent the spread of dangerous infections, and ensure the well-being of future generations.
