According to the Cabinet Chairman, systematic work to improve the efficiency of the public administration system and eliminate bureaucratic barriers continues.
«Since March 2025, based on initiatives developed by the Ministry of Justice, the National Institute for Strategic Initiatives, and other government agencies, the interdepartmental commission has issued approximately 300 instructions. The ongoing reforms cover both central government agencies and the local government system,» he said.
Adylbek Kasymaliev highlighted several results achieved through debureaucratization: the number of permits has been reduced from 905 to 439, of which 199 are being optimized and simplified.
Under the Electronic Audit project, inspection periods have been reduced from two weeks to three days; official statistical reporting forms have been optimized; the deadline for disability verification has been extended, reducing the administrative burden on individuals with disabilities; the ban on private medical organizations operating in oncology, palliative care, and medical rehabilitation has been lifted; vaccinations are now available in private clinics; and the registration of medications that have passed the inspection of leading global regulators has been simplified.
It was emphasized that active work to eliminate unnecessary bureaucratic barriers should not cease.
Officials should not wait for recommendations from the interdepartmental commission, but should independently propose initiatives, develop, and implement appropriate measures, Adylbek Kasymaliev said.
In addition, meeting participants discussed issues of improving tax administration, developing an electronic document management system, optimizing processes in the fields of education and healthcare, and a number of other issues.
