To date, approximately 2,000 subsoil use licenses have been issued. During the inventory, 836 violations of license terms and agreements were identified. As part of the measures taken to eliminate the identified violations and restore order in the industry, approximately 600 licenses have been temporarily suspended, and some have been revoked.

The most common violations include the absence of notifications of reclamation accounts and bank details, failure to fulfill bonus payment obligations, expiration of licenses, and other instances of non-compliance with mandatory licensing requirements.

The state institution Kyrgyz Geological Service under the Ministry of Natural Resources has been instructed to continue its work to ensure compliance with legislation in the field of subsoil use and to take appropriate measures for each identified violation.
