The new university campus will be located in the village of Baytik in Alamedin district of Chui region. According to cadastral documents, the allocated plot of land covers 299,700 square meters, or nearly 30 hectares.

The land transfer will allow the university to begin implementing one of the largest projects in its history. Academic buildings, dormitories, research and education centers, sports facilities, and all necessary social and engineering infrastructure are planned for the campus.

According to preliminary estimates, the new complex will be able to accommodate up to 15,000 students.

The university noted the symbolism of the land transfer on Russia Day. KRSU emphasized that this was further confirmation of the strategic nature of cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Russia in the field of education.
