Sadyr Japarov stated that Kyrgyzstan views Albania as an important partner in Europe and wished the republic success in joining the European Union.

He named areas in which the two countries could collaborate: tourism, agriculture, processing industry, transport, finance and digital development, education, culture, and sports.

The head of state also raised the issue of opening direct air service between the two countries.

He also invited Albanian athletes to participate in the 6th World Nomad Games and invited Bajram Begaj to participate in the Bishkek+25 Mountain Summit, which will be held in October 2027.

In turn, the Albanian President also emphasized the emerging prospects for cooperation in the economic, educational, cultural, and other areas of mutual interest. He reaffirmed his commitment to close cooperation in a multilateral format.

Bajram Begaj invited Sadyr Japarov to pay an official visit to Albania next year. The President accepted the invitation.

Following the talks, the leaders signed a joint statement on the further development of Kyrgyzstan — Albania relations.
