The forum is attended by representatives of SCO member state delegations: approximately 100 participants from six countries, including representatives of the Kyrgyz media.

The main goal of the event is to strengthen media cooperation between the SCO countries, develop partnerships in the field of information and communications, and foster a unified professional dialogue in the context of the digital transformation of the media environment.

The heads of the SCO member state delegations emphasized the importance of developing information cooperation, building trust in the media space, and expanding professional interaction between the countries.

Ulan Mamatkanov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Mirbek Mambetaliev, Minister of Culture of the Kyrgyz Republic, and Oleg Kopylov, Deputy Secretary-General of the SCO, will deliver welcoming remarks.

The forum includes three plenary sessions devoted to the digital transformation of the media sphere, the development of artificial intelligence in journalism, and the role of digital platforms as new media. Participants will discuss contemporary challenges in the information space, exchange experiences, and explore prospects for joint media projects.

The forum is expected to result in the development of practical approaches to expanding interaction between media structures in participating countries, developing joint initiatives, and strengthening professional dialogue in the context of digital transformation.
