The project is being implemented as part of the Batken Region Development Program. Of the 500 million soms allocated from the national budget, 120 million soms have been allocated for its financing, with additional 4 million soms allocated from the local budget.

The modern tourist complex will have all the necessary conditions for vacationers and tourists. It will include guest accommodations, dining and recreation areas, as well as infrastructure for sports and cultural events.

The facility is scheduled to open in August 2026. The complex is designed to accommodate and service from 100 to 150 people at a time.
