According to Erbaev, structural and systemic reforms are still underway within the agency.

«At the moment, 96 employees have been suspended from duty, and criminal cases have been initiated against another 24 employees. There are also additional cases that we have initiated ourselves,» he said.

The MP noted that citizens expect positive changes in the work of the security service, adding that many complaints are received regarding the actions of SCNS officers and people are waiting for appropriate responses.

Alisher Erbaev also stated that 386 complaints have been submitted to the Prosecutor General’s Office, and investigations are currently ongoing.
