The parties reviewed the results of projects funded by SECO to develop the agency’s technical capabilities and discussed possible support for future initiatives. Particular attention was paid to improving administrative functions and further strengthening the deposit protection system.

It was noted that SECO is one of Kyrgyzstan’s key international partners and supports reforms in the financial sector. This cooperation is aimed at increasing the resilience of the financial system, developing the banking sector, and implementing international regulatory and supervisory standards.
