During this period, 68 kilometers of roads were paved, two bridges were built, and two road maintenance sites were opened.
Irrigation infrastructure development continues, with 61.5 million soms allocated for these purposes. The Sary-Goo pumping station has been reconstructed, Chet-Keltebek decadal regulation pond with a capacity of 1 million cubic meters is under construction, and projects to build Ichke-Tash-Rabat, Chekendi, and Sary-Tal irrigation canals are underway.
At least 705.5 million soms have been allocated to provide drinking water to residents of the villages of Kara-Suu, Zhibek-Zholu, At-Bashy, and Ak-Zhar.
New projects worth a total of 885 million soms were also presented to the president. They include the construction of a Public Service Center, a digital center, a cardiology center, a comprehensive livestock development station, a modern livestock market, a central stadium, and a family recreation park.
Summing up the presentation, Sadyr Japarov noted that the implementation of the presented initiatives will require almost one billion soms, and ordered that additional funding of one billion soms from the national budget be allocated to At-Bashy district next year.
This is Sadyr Japarov’s second day in Naryn region. The previous day, on June 23, he reviewed projects in Dzhumgal and Kochkor districts and met with local residents.
In Dzhumgal district, the head of state announced preparations for the construction of Kara-Keche Thermal Power Plant with a capacity of 1,200 megawatts. Furthermore, during the visit, plans were announced to build a new road between Kochkor and Tokmok through the Shamsi Gorge. According to preliminary data, this will almost halve the travel time between the settlements.
