According to the document, from July 1 to July 31, 2026, such foreigners will be able to voluntarily leave Kyrgyzstan without administrative liability.

This exemption applies to foreigners who:

have an expired visa or residence permit;

have no or expired registration, work permit, or other documents confirming the legality of their stay;

have expired authorized period of stay;

have a different purpose of stay than that declared upon entry.

Foreign nationals who voluntarily leave during the specified period will be exempt from liability for violations of migration legislation and from paying fees for exit visa processing.

Authorized state bodies have been instructed to ensure implementation of the decree, including conducting information and awareness campaigns among foreign citizens.

The decree enters into force on the day of its official publication.
