You can check your outstanding debt in your personal account in the mobile app and on the official Gazprom Kyrgyzstan website, on payment receipts, and through the My Home service. You can pay your debt through the company’s mobile app, the My Home service, mobile wallets, banking apps, and payment terminals.

After the debt is fully repaid, gas supply can be restored. To do this, you must pay the outstanding debt, submit a request through your personal account or at a customer service office, and present your passport.

The cost of reconnection is 1,270 soms. Payment can be made through Bakai and MBank mobile banking, as well as at customer service offices. Gas service is promised to be restored within three business days of submitting the application.
