The residential complex will be one of the largest projects in Alai district. According to the project, 12 nine-story buildings will be constructed there, housing 324 one-bedroom, 324 two-bedroom, and 54 three-bedroom apartments. The complex will be provided with the necessary infrastructure.

At the construction launch ceremony, Presidential Affairs Department Chief Kanybek Tumanbaev noted that one of the key objectives set by the head of state is to provide residents of all regions, especially remote areas, with affordable and high-quality housing.

The State Mortgage Company added that not only citizens living in Kyrgyzstan but also compatriots working abroad will be able to purchase housing under the program. In addition, preferential mortgage terms are available for young families.
