To benefit from the measure, individuals have to apply to a territorial office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and then obtain an exit visa through the e-Visa portal. No state fee will be charged for issuing the visa.

The Ministry of Labor stressed that the initiative does not legalize illegal stay, but only provides an opportunity to leave Kyrgyzstan voluntarily without administrative liability.

The temporary procedure does not apply to foreigners who are subject to criminal proceedings, have final court rulings against them, or have unpaid fines or tax debts.

After July 31, enforcement measures will be applied in accordance with the national legislation.
