According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, an investigation revealed that in 2005, the five-story guest house, with a total floor area of ​​2,128.48 square meters, along with an adjacent plot of 0.1 hectares, were illegally transferred to private ownership.

Following the prosecutor’s response, the property and land were returned to state ownership.
