According to organizers, company registration within the SFIT will cost at least $525, while registration of investment funds will start from $975.
The licensing fees are set as follows:
Crypto-asset activity licenses — from $2,500
Non-financial licenses — from $1,000.
Organizers say operating within the SFIT will allow companies to reduce operational and regulatory costs by up to 60 percent compared to other international financial and investment zones.
The SFIT Tamchy is being developed as an international financial center with a special legal regime on the shores of Issyk-Kul Lake. The territory will operate under English law principles, with its own international arbitration system and financial regulator.
By 2035, authorities expect to attract more than 3,900 companies and create over 10,000 jobs.
