According to the document, during the first five months of 2026, Kyrgyzstan exported 2,961 washing machines to Russia worth $574,400. This is 2.6 times higher than last year’s figure, when 1,131 units worth $194,500 were supplied.

In addition, Kyrgyzstan exported a significant amount of sewing machines to Russia in 2026, while no such household appliances were supplied during the same period in early 2025. From January to May 2026, Russia received 7,348.5 tonnes of sewing machines from Kyrgyzstan, with the value of deliveries reaching $2.6 million.

Russia accounted for 29.3 percent of Kyrgyzstan’s total exports during January—May 2026, which is 0.6 percentage points higher than the figure recorded for January—April.
