A foundation capsule was laid at 135, Kochkonov Street. The ceremony was attended by Osh Mayor Zhanarbek Akayev, deputies, and residents.

The project is being implemented by the municipal mortgage company of the Osh City Hall. The new residential complex will consist of six-story buildings with a total of 19 blocks.

The ground floors will house commercial spaces and a kindergarten. The project also includes parking facilities.
