The first stage, with the construction of an administrative building, has now been completed. The plant is scheduled to begin fertilizer production in September 2026.
The total estimated cost of the project is $260 million. Once the plant reaches full capacity, it will create approximately 3,000 jobs, significantly expanding employment opportunities for the local population.
The implementation of this large-scale project will significantly contribute to the economic development of Nookat district and Osh region as a whole, providing agriculture with domestically produced mineral fertilizers and creating new jobs.
