According to the resolution, the decision is aimed at addressing violations of legislation in the areas of environmental protection, industrial safety, and subsoil use that pose a direct threat to people’s lives and health.

The State Property Management Agency has been instructed to nominate a temporary external administrator in accordance with the established procedure and notify the state authorities responsible for the registration of legal entities about the extension of the external management.

The Cabinet’s resolution will enter into force on July 24, 2026, and will remain effective until October 24, 2026.
