According to the regional police department, during the Arsenal operation, officers found and seized a TOZ-11 rifled firearm from a 38-year-old man identified as K.K. The weapon was reportedly stored without the required documents.

The case has been registered in the electronic record system of the Alai district police department. Pretrial proceedings have been launched under Article 267 of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan — Illegal trafficking of weapons and ammunition.

The seized firearm has been sent for examination, and investigative measures are ongoing.

Police remind citizens that those who voluntarily surrender illegally stored weapons, ammunition, or explosives to law enforcement authorities are exempt from criminal liability.
