According to the ministry, the publication of the textbook aims to expand schoolchildren’s access to modern educational materials in the state language and help develop their digital skills.

The book introduces children to the basics of the JavaScript programming language in a simple and engaging format. It is designed to develop logical thinking, creativity, and increase students’ interest in information technologies. The book was published with the support of the U.S. Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic.

The first edition of the book was released in 2023 with a print run of 3,500 copies and distributed among libraries across the country. The second edition, handed over to the Ministry of Education, will be distributed free of charge among schools nationwide for use in the educational process.
