According to the mayor, one of the main problems for residents of the outskirts remains children’s transportation to school.
«We want school buses to transport students so that every child lives in a safe city, and their parents don’t have to worry about getting to school,» Zhanarbek Akayev said.
The mayor also announced that 25 schools—both public and private—are currently under construction in Osh. He emphasized that new buildings alone do not guarantee high-quality education, so work with teachers will continue.
