Kasymaliev visited the construction site of the Aitmatov Aalamy historical and memorial complex, where he was briefed on the implementation of the project. The complex is being created as a modern cultural and memorial space dedicated to the life and literary legacy of renowned Kyrgyz writer Chyngyz Aitmatov.

Adylbek Kasymaliev also reviewed the results of the major renovation of Chon-Kapka checkpoint on the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border. Officials presented information on the modernization of the checkpoint’s infrastructure.

The Cabinet Chairman then inspected the construction of Balastan entertainment center in Talas. Covering an area of 6.5 hectares, the project includes nine buildings and is designed to provide modern recreational and leisure facilities.

During the visit, Kasymaliev also toured an asphalt concrete plant, a reinforced concrete products plant, and a stone crushing facility in Talas, where he was briefed on their operations. Officials noted that these enterprises play an important role in supplying construction materials for regional projects and strengthening the industrial capacity of the region.

Following the inspections, Kasymaliev stressed the importance of meeting construction deadlines, ensuring high-quality work, and commissioning the facilities on schedule. He noted that the projects are significant for the socio-economic development of Talas region and for improving residents’ quality of life.

The social facilities are expected to be opened by Kyrgyzstan’s Independence Day.
