The complainants also said that, following the incident, parents of other girls came and reported possible similar episodes. According to them, a collective complaint was filed on July 1.

The parents have also raised concerns about the initial handling of the case. In particular, they claim that several days passed before a procedural decision was made, investigators were changed during that period, and the minors remained at the police station for an extended time while necessary procedures were carried out. They are also calling for an assessment of the actions of certain police officers. These allegations by the parents have not yet been officially confirmed by a separate check.

The Internal Affairs Department of Leninsky District said it received a total of three complaints from the parents of minors.

Following a pre-investigation check, a criminal case was opened under Article 158 «Lewd Acts,» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The necessary forensic examinations have been ordered and investigative measures are underway.

According to police, a forensic psychiatric examination found the suspect to be legally insane due to a mental disorder. This circumstance will be taken into account when making further procedural decisions.

In their complaint, the parents also alleged that the suspect was connected to the family of a university rector.

Law enforcement authorities have not officially confirmed this information in their statement.

The investigation is ongoing. After the investigative measures are completed and all expert reports are received, a procedural decision will be made in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code.
