Three more suspected accomplices were detained during urgent investigative operations: D. u. K. and M.Sh.M., 25, as well as A.E.K., 26. It was established that the suspects extorted a large sum of money from the businessman under threat of physical violence.

A criminal case has been opened under Part 4 of Article 208, «Extortion committed by an organized group,» of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan. Necessary investigative and operational measures are being taken to establish all the circumstances of the crime and identify other persons involved.
