According to Vadim Smirnov, a member of the board of the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund, a single SIM card is expected to contain two digital profiles for Kyrgyzstan and Russia. This will allow users to switch seamlessly between the two countries when crossing the border.
«If you are a Kyrgyz citizen traveling to Russia, there is no need to change your SIM card. One SIM card should have two digital profiles, allowing you to seamlessly switch between the two countries where you are staying,» Smirnov said.
