The apartment was discovered in a residential building in Sputnik microdistrict during operational and investigative measures.

During a search of the apartment, police also found and seized unidentified powdery and dark-colored substances, an unknown liquid and medications.

The incident has been registered, and an examination has been ordered to determine the composition of the seized substances.

Investigative and operational measures are currently underway. Police are establishing all the circumstances of the incident and identifying people who may have been involved.
