The integration of government agencies’ information systems allows taxpayer data to be transferred electronically immediately after they are granted resident status. The relevant park’s directorate sends a digital notification to the State Tax Service, and the system automatically completes the necessary registration procedures.
A similar mechanism operates when resident status is terminated, allowing the agency’s database to be updated promptly.
The new system completely eliminates the need for entrepreneurs to visit tax offices in person and submit paper documents. Digital data exchange has accelerated the transition to the preferential tax regime, reduced the number of administrative procedures and optimized the working time of businesses.
The High Technology Park and the Creative Industries Park operate in Kyrgyzstan as special economic zones with special tax and legal regimes aimed at developing exports of IT services and creative industries.
Residents of the HTP and CIP receive significant tax benefits on corporate income tax, VAT and personal income tax, as well as reduced social insurance contribution rates.
