Furthermore, investigators have established the identity of the deceased Kyrgyz woman — T.A., 34.

Diplomats have established contact with the deceased’s relatives and are working on repatriating her body to her homeland, the statement says.

The Russian Investigative Committee is investigating the brutal murder of the 33-year-old citizen of Kyrgyzstan Aigerim. Relatives discovered her body, bearing signs of violent death, inside a sofa in a rented apartment on Lyublinskaya Street.

The woman worked as a cleaner at a Moscow hospital and shared a two-room apartment with two compatriots. She stopped communicating on May 8. Surveillance cameras recorded Aigerim entering her apartment building around 9 p.m. and then disappearing without a trace.
