According to the Ministry of Science, she proposed creating a «Green Technology Corridor» to develop joint projects in climate monitoring, water resources, renewable energy, and sustainable agriculture.

The minister noted that SCO countries are currently at the center of global technological change related to the development of artificial intelligence, digitalization, and human capital.

The Kyrgyz side also proposed initiatives to create a network of SCO science and technology parks, launch grant programs for young scientists, expand academic mobility, and form a unified digital platform for the exchange of scientific information.
