According to the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services, the project includes the construction of a three-story hospital consisting of two buildings. Under the master plan, the total area of the medical facility will cover 6,661 square meters.

The hospital will include about 40 patient wards, doctors’ offices, a maternity ward, an operating unit, a biochemical laboratory, an intensive care unit, a sterilization department, a conference hall, and a cafeteria. The building will also be equipped with an elevator.

Nurbek Satarov said that a residential building for visiting doctors is also being constructed nearby. He noted that the lack of housing had long been one of the reasons for the shortage of specialists in the district. Authorities expect the new housing project to help attract medical professionals to the area.
