All three are defendants in the case related to an alleged attempt to seize power. Charges were previously brought against them, although no pretrial detention measures were imposed.

During today’s hearing, the court is expected to continue examining case materials and hear arguments from the parties.

Following last week’s session, former parliament speaker Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu stated that he had no connection to the document in question and had never even seen it.

According to investigators, the case is linked to the so-called «Letter of 75» — an appeal signed by a group of politicians and public figures which, according to law enforcement authorities, contained calls for a change of power. The defendants have previously publicly denied any guilt.
