According to him, seven court hearings using video conferencing technology were held over the past three months, from March to June. Participants connected from the United States, Turkey, Russia, and other CIS countries.

The system has been operating through secure channels in the penal system institutions since 2020.

Aman Dzhumaliev added that since January, online broadcasts of court hearings have been introduced in the second instance courts, the Supreme Court, and first-instance courts in Bishkek, as well as in Chui and Talas regions.

«With the consent of the parties, we broadcast and make public 40 or more hearings per month,» he said.

Officials also noted that another convenience for citizens is the ability to pay state duties online through banking applications.

According to Nuraiym Kenzhetaeva, judge of the Sokuluk District Court in Chui region, this system has been in place since April 2025.

«In total, around 4,000 payments have been made through mobile applications. This is very convenient—people no longer need to travel to a bank or spend hours in queues to pay court fees and file applications. However, not all banks are yet integrated into the system, so citizens are advised to check in advance,» she said.
