Following an investigation, the instigator of the conflict, 33, was held liable under Article 126 (petty hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses. A report was filed against him, and he was placed in a temporary detention facility.

Police also checked the documents of the foreign nationals and inspected the activities of the construction company. No violations were found.

The foreign workers were reminded of the country’s legal requirements and liability for violations, including possible deportation from the Kyrgyz Republic.
