According to the presidential press service, construction of two cable ways measuring 1,727 meters and 2,296 meters in length has already been completed.

By the end of 2026, authorities plan to commission four additional lifts, the first ski tracks, administrative buildings, rental facilities, and parking infrastructure.

The project also includes the construction of engineering networks, water supply and electricity infrastructure, as well as road facilities. In particular, Karakol—Jyrgalan road is being constructed, Boz-Uchuk—Jyrgalan road is being asphalted, and an alternative route is under construction.

Once completed, the Jyrgalan resort zone will have around 120 kilometers of ski tracks, while the total length of tracks across the three Ala-Too Resort zones will reach approximately 250 kilometers. According to government estimates, the resort will be able to host up to 4 million tourists annually and create around 7,000 jobs.

During the ceremony, Sadyr Japarov also laid the foundation for parking stations serving four additional cable ways and met with local residents, investors, and construction workers.
