He noted that the hippodrome will host the main competitions of the upcoming Games, including kok-boru, horse racing, and other traditional equestrian disciplines. The facility is currently being modernized in line with modern requirements, with improved conditions being created for athletes and spectators.

«Today, the Cholpon-Ata hippodrome is a source of pride for Kyrgyzstan and a symbol of nomadic civilization. Comprehensive preparations are underway here for world-class sports and cultural events,» Torobaev wrote.

The 6th World Nomad Games will be held in Kyrgyzstan from August 31 to September 6. The main competitions will take place in Issyk-Kul region, with the Cholpon-Ata hippodrome serving as the main venue for equestrian events.
